Returns Policy

 We're happy to make any changes necessary.

All returns must be unworn in like new condition and must have a RMA number.

RMA's will only be issued for orders within 30 days of the shipping date.

Please email us through our ticket system by clicking here and we'll email you the RMA number and instructions.

Please include your name and address or your order number so we can quickly look up your order information.

You will receive a return authorization (RMA) which is valid for 30 days.

Please re-pack the item(s) in the original packaging making sure you put the PACKING SLIP inside the package.

Your order must be clearly marked on the outside of the package with your RMA number.

Exchange / Return Shipping Cost

If you're exchanging or returning an item, simply ship the item back to us at your expense and we'll ship out the new item at our expense.

Wrong Item Shipping Cost

If you received the wrong item or color, we'll send you a prepaid UPS return slip via Email from UPS. All you'll need to do is print out the Return slip and tape it to your package and drop it off at any UPS location.
